The National Autistic Society is inviting applications for a part-time Support Worker at Field View Residential in East Yorkshire. You will help people living with autism by following personalised support plans and routines, promoting independence and well-being.
As a Support Worker you will assist with personal care, encourage activities, and help develop life skills such as budgeting and meal preparation. A driving licence is essential and flexible evenings and weekend work is expected.

Field View is a residential service for autistic adults in East Yorkshire. There are four flats and one house which provide safe, low-arousal environments. The people we support can work towards living more independently.
We are looking for caring Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
This advert is for a part time position at 24 hours per week.
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential.
