Blue Triangle (Glasgow) Housing Association Limited is seeking a committed Support Worker to help provide safe, supported accommodation in Oban. The role involves day and backshift patterns across a 4‑week rolling rota, totaling 35 hours per week, and is a permanent position.

You will assist residents with practical and emotional needs, encourage outcomes, and work with the team to meet care standards and occupancy requirements. Strong empathy and flexible working are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with vulnerable people preferred.
• Ability to relate empathetically and support independence.
• Able to work flexibly and as a lone worker.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation.
• Support, review and monitor progress via case management system.
• Maintain and update recording systems and documentation.
• Organise and facilitate meetings in line with support plans.
• Provide advocacy and advice to service users.
