Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to provide person-centred care for residents at Dene Brook in Rotherham. You will work full-time, including nights and alternate weekends, to support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You will build trusting relationships, encourage independence, and assist with daily living tasks while reporting welfare needs and safeguarding concerns.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Full-time rota includes nights and alternate weekends.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to service users.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report any concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and promote wellbeing.
