Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help deliver outstanding healthcare at Dene Brook in Rotherham. Full-time, 42 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, nights and alternate weekends on a rolling two-week rota.

You will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them lead fuller, more independent lives through person-centred care and community engagement.

• Supporting service users to access the community, to attend things like work, college, hobbies & activities, days out & holidays.

You’ll be working full time42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dene Brook.

Dene Brook is a specialist residential service in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and behaviours that may challenge.
