Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker at its Outwood site in Horsforth, Leeds. The role is full-time, 42 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends on a two-week rolling rota. You will provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.
