Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist adults with complex mental health needs. This full-time role involves day and night shifts, promoting independence and helping individuals enjoy life in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working within mental health settings preferred.
• Driver is essential due to limited public transport to site.
• Experience supporting individuals with distressed or challenging behaviours using a calm, compassionate approach.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship).

Job description

Are you a caring, patient and compassionate person looking to start or develop a career within mental health?

A specialist care provider is looking for dedicated Support Workers to support adults with complex mental health needs and additional support requirements.

You'll provide day-to-day support, encourage independence and help individuals enjoy life.

You'll also support people who may experience emotional distress or behaviours that challenge, using a calm and understanding approach.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We're also interested in people with relevant personal experience of supporting others, a genuine passion for helping people and the right attitude to learn.

Full-Time with day & night shifts available.

About You:
