Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with complex mental health needs. You will provide day-to-day support, encourage independence and help individuals enjoy life. Experience in mental health is welcome but not essential.

A driver is essential due to limited public transport to site. This is a Full-Time role with both day and night shifts, an employee referral scheme and on-site parking supporting your wellbeing and career

Job description

Are you a caring, patient and compassionate person looking to start or develop a career within mental health?

A specialist care provider is looking for dedicated Support Workers to support adults with complex mental health needs and additional support requirements.

You'll provide day-to-day support, encourage independence and help individuals enjoy life.

You'll also support people who may experience emotional distress or behaviours that challenge, using a calm and understanding approach.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We're also interested in people with relevant personal experience of supporting others, a genuine passion for helping people and the right attitude to learn.

Full-Time with day & night shifts available.

About You:
