Responsibilities
- Support adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives, helping them achieve personal goals.
- Assist with developing skills, planning and managing home life, and participation in leisure and employment activities.
- Provide personal and emotional support and accompany individuals in community activities as needed.
- Work either in clients' homes or in community settings to promote independence.
- Observe and promote person-centred approaches and uphold the organisation's vision.
