Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability in their daily living.
• Provide personal and emotional support to individuals.
• Help plan and manage their own home, leisure, employment and travel.
• Support may occur in clients' homes or in the community.
• Use a person-centred approach to empower individuals to live the lives they choose.
