Job summary

Avenues Group is seeking Support Workers to join two services in the Biggin Hill area, near Bromley, to support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical health needs.

The role offers both full-time and part-time hours with a pro rata salary of £25,845 per year. Training is provided at no cost, DBS is paid, and there are flexible hours and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; transferable skills welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or physical disabilities to live independently.
• Engage in activities and accompany clients to events and outings.
• Assist with everyday tasks and encourage social inclusion.
