Snap Care is hiring a SEN Support Worker (female) to support Josh, a 25-year-old with physical and learning disabilities, in Strood, Rochester. You will work in a fully adapted family home as part of a 2:1 team, with 24 hours per week across two 12-hour shifts, including one weekend day. Training provided and a warm, energetic approach is essential.
This maternity cover role starts ASAP, with a six-week rota and DBS checks desirable; driver with an automatic car is required.

This role would suit a warm, energetic female who enjoys building meaningful relationships, promoting independence and getting involved in activities. You will work as part of an experienced 2:1 team, with full training provided so ideal for someone with limited Support Worker experience. Weekend flexibility is essential.
