CareTech Community Services in Harpenden is recruiting a Support Worker to join Meadow Acres, a residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living skills, promote independence and wellbeing, and help with activities, appointments and community access. Training is provided with induction and progression opportunities; rota includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

We're seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
