CareTech in Nuneaton is recruiting Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role requires delivering person-centred care, helping with daily living skills, and supporting community access within a rota including evenings and weekends.
Full training and a structured induction are provided. We welcome applicants regardless of experience and offer progression opportunities and benefits such as a DBS check and employee recognition schemes.

Bluebell / Kingsbridge is a care home which provides care and support to people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder who enjoy a wide range of hobbies from Bowling and Swimming to Dance and Music.,

We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
