Job summary

Priory Supported Living Lincolnshire is seeking Care Support Workers in Lincolnshire. Roles involve 1:1 support, personal care, and facilitating daily living activities with flexible shifts including 14-hour sleep-in blocks.

Join a compassionate team delivering person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs, across 24/7 services. Training provided and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is desirable, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.

Compensation: £13.45 / hour

Priory Support Living Lincolnshire - Louth

£13.45 per hour

Full and part time hours available - long days plus sleep in (14 hours sleep shift x 2) and flexible shifts to cover 1:1.

Priory Supported Living Lincolnshire has an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team.

Priory Supported Living Lincolnshire provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community. We can provide support up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing,
