Priory Group is seeking a committed Support Worker at Charnwood Lodge, Nanpantan, Loughborough. This permanent full-time role offers compassionate, person-centred care to residents on the autism spectrum, learning disabilities or mental health needs.

You will provide daily living support, promote independence, and maintain accurate records while working as a key worker. The role emphasizes resilience, empathy, and building meaningful relationships with service users and families.

Compensation: £13.45 / hour

Description

Charnwood Lodge is located in Nanpantan, Loughborough, in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The service is a specialist residential home which provides support to up to 17 individuals who are on the autism spectrum, have a learning disability or mental health needs, including those who have a dual diagnosis.

Our team are dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people we support, helping them to achieve positive outcomes. We want to help each person we care for to have a better quality of life, promoting independence and daily living skills, so they can feel part of their local community.

What you'll be doing

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.

Key Responsibilities
