Priory Group is hiring a Support Worker at Ardsley House in East Ardsley near Wakefield. You will join a compassionate team supporting residents with learning disabilities, physical needs, mental health needs and autism, working full time across 7 days at 8am–8pm.
You’ll provide personal care, assist daily living, encourage activity, maintain records, and support residents to achieve personal outcomes in a respectful and safe environment.

Full Time – 36 hours with shift patterns covering the 7 days.
Ardsley House has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team on varying shift patterns but primarily 8am - 8pm.
Ardsley House is located in East Ardsley, near Wakefield. It offers residential support for 13 males and females with a range of needs. This includes adults with a primary learning disability diagnosis, individuals with a physical disability, mental health needs and people on the autism spectrum.
It is accessible by public transport, with a bus stop outside the home and a train station approximately 7 minutes’ drive away. The M1 and M62 motorways are also a short drive away. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
