Your new role: This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental illness. You will assist with daily living activities, provide personal care when necessary, and facilitate access to community activities and appointments. This position offers a chance to make a positive impact by promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. Shift patterns are days only, with long days from 8 am to 8:30 pm.

What you will need to succeed: Experience in social care is not essential as training and a buddy system will be provided for induction. You must be committed to completing this training and any additional required training. You will be supported in gaining qualifications and experience to build a career in social care. Being friendly and approachable is important for effective communication with clients and team members. Due to the need for community access and transportation, driving is essential for this role.
