Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Key Stage 2
Location: Llantwit Major
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (Until July 2025)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly and supportive Key Stage 2 team at a welcoming primary school in Llantwit Major. This is a full-time role running until the end of the academic year in July 2025.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and small group support to pupils within a KS2 classroom setting

  • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Support pupils' learning, development, and emotional well-being

  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment



Requirements:

  • Experience working in a primary school setting is essential

  • A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is highly desirable
