What we offer you:

• Location: Meadow Street, Market Harborough (Supported Living) LE17 7JY
• Salary: Competitive hourly rate
• Hours: Flexible contracts (30 or 40 hours), including early, late shifts, and every other weekend. Sleep-ins required.
• Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays
• Pay incentives: 10% overtime, 20% Bank Holiday, 50% for Christmas key dates
• Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

What you'll be doing:

Supporting individuals with daily activities such as shopping, outdoor activities, personal care, attending events, and developing life skills like money management and confidence building. Your role is to enable people to achieve their goals and maintain relationships.

You will provide high-quality care, listening to their needs, assisting with medication, cooking, and supporting independence. Flexibility in shifts helps balance work and home life.

Having a full driving license is preferred but not essential.
