Rate:£17 per hour for self employed

Hours:4 hours per week, to be worked during the weekend

Contract:Permanent

A young gentleman in the Woodhouse Eaves area requires support to access the community and increase their independence.

Role Requirements

You will be required to provide support the client with:

  • shopping
  • budgeting
  • accessing the community
  • engaging in voluntary and work opportunities

The client requires 1:1 support to assist with maximising their independence and to access community social and recreational activities.

4 hours per week, to be worked during the weekend.On most weekends, this would be between 12.30pm and 4.30pm on a Saturday; however, some flexibility to work Friday afternoons / early evenings (with mutual agreement) would be appreciated.

You will be required to transport the client to places of interest, so you must have your own vehicle and a full, clean, driving licence.

The client has autism, and is unable to recognise risk and keep himself safe without support. The client likes to go for walks, cinema, bowling and shopping.
