Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team, supporting adults with learning disabilities. You’ll help people develop new skills, provide personal and emotional support, and assist with daily living tasks in home or community settings.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. Flexible shifts, monthly salary, and a supportive environment with opportunities for training, DBS check, and progression.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, caring and resilient with excellent communication skills.
