Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Newcastle-under-Lyme to assist adults with learning disabilities, helping them live meaningful, independent lives. You will support daily living tasks, personal care and social inclusion within a compassionate team.

The role requires flexibility for a 24/7 rota. A valid UK Driver’s Licence is beneficial. NVQ2 or willingness to work towards is desirable; IT and literacy skills are expected to communicate with the team and record progress.

• IT and literacy basic skills required.
