Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in residential and supported living services in Coventry. You will help people lead fuller lives and participate in daily activities alongside a dedicated team.

Shifts include days, nights and weekends; you choose what suits you. You will work regularly with the same teams to build trust and understanding and enhance person-centred care for those supported.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live well in residential and supported living services.
• Days, nights and weekends, pick the shifts that suit you.
• Regular shifts with the same teams, so you get to know the people you support.
