Thera Trust seeks a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in daily life, in homes and communities. You will help individuals achieve personal goals through a person-centred approach and inclusive teamwork.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or qualifications required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in daily life.
• Help develop new skills and provide personal and emotional support.
• Assist with planning and managing home, leisure, employment, and travel.
• Support may take place in clients' homes or in the community.
