Cygnet Group is seeking a Support Worker at Oakhurst Lodge to help adults with autism and learning disabilities live independent, meaningful lives. You will support daily routines, accompany activities and contribute to personal goals within a caring, team-centric environment.
The role offers a 42-hour permanent contract with 12-hour day shifts on a 7-day rota, with full training, DBS checks, and a benefits package. Salary is £13.45-£14.00 per hour with increases after 3 months.

Early shifts from 7:00 am
Later shifts finishing by 10:00 pm

Oakhurst Lodge is an 8-placement specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
Salary: £13.45 - £14.00 per hour
Increase to £13.75 Per Hour after 3 months

Experience supporting adults with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities or working within a care setting.
An understanding of behaviours that may challenge, and a positive, proactive approach to support

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
A team-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment
