We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker (Female Only) at our service Kingly Croft in Hinckley. At Kingly Croft, we work with individuals around rehabilitation and enablement, supporting everyone to develop skills and gain independence in a way that suits them. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible. Please note we are recruiting a Female Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement of the person we support therefore this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part Schedule 9

What you'll be working:

• On a rota basis
• Working every other weekend
• Female Support worker £29,849.78 (FTE) Per Annum Pro rata

What you'll be doing:

• Support our residents with all their personal care needs which include washing, dressing., toileting. and nutritional needs. providing high quality individualised care to our residents
• Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each resident .
• Build relationships with residents, which are open and two way
• Establish methods of communication with residents, reducing barriers when necessary
• Communicate any issues to the management
• Accurately report and/or record work activities
