Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker for International House, Colchester. You will assist adults with complex mental health needs in a residential setting, providing personal care and engaging them in daily activities within a multidisciplinary team.

Role requires a calm, caring approach, empathy and ability to build trust, plus NVQ Level 2+ in Social Care or Mental Health. Full-time, day shifts with a rota, opportunities for development and recognition within a growing

Location: International House, Colchester, CO3 0LE

Hours: Full - Time Days - 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

International House is a 12-bed Supported Living service supporting adult female and males with complex mental health needs and autism. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including cafes, shopping, arts & crafts and community outings, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll support adults with complex mental health conditions in a residential service with multidisciplinary team input and support. The service will provide intensive short-term support to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours including personal care.

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
