Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker for Woodseats residential service in Sheffield. You will empower adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live life their way, delivering person-centred care and supporting daily living activities.

Job description

Hours: Full-time - 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Woodseats is an 8-bed residential service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health and behaviours of concern. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including playing bingo, games room, relaxing in the hot tub and coffee shop trips, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
