Job summary

Capability Scotland is seeking a compassionate Supported Living Support Worker to assist adults with complex disabilities in Fife. The role covers home-based and supported living settings with a focus on independence and community activities.

Responsibilities

• As a Supported Living Support Worker, you’ll help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.
• Live independently in their own homes or adapted settings.
• Access the community and enjoy activities.
• Provide personal care and practical support (mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework, laundry).
• Build confidence, independence and belonging.
