Key is recruiting support workers in Scotland to provide personalised care to adults with diverse needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, prioritising dignity and choice in everyday life.

We offer both full-time and part-time contracts, with opportunities for evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights. Comprehensive training and support are provided in a local team.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service.
• Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.
• A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
