Capability Scotland is seeking a Support Worker for Fife Housing Support & Care at Home (Supported Living). The role is based in Dunfermline & Rosyth, offering meaningful care to disabled people in community settings.

You’ll provide personal care, practical support, and encourage independence, with training provided and a flexible, rolling rotas system. Join a compassionate charity that values inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not essential — full training provided.
• Driving license and vehicle access essential.
• Flexible, caring and person-centred support.

Responsabilités

• Support clients to live independently in their own homes.
• Assist with mobility, medication, dressing, meals, housework and laundry.
• Assist access to community activities and outings.
• Build confidence and independence.
