Job summary

Capability Scotland in Perth is seeking compassionate Residential Support Workers to help adults with complex disabilities live independently in purpose-built homes at Tayview and Annaty. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, medications, and community engagement, supporting residents one-to-one or in small groups in a warm, safe environment.

This permanent role offers flexible hours up to 37 per week, shift patterns including evenings and weekends, and excellent benefits such as

Qualifications

• Have a caring, compassionate and person‑centred approach
• Are flexible and able to work a rotational shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and nights
• Have experience supporting adults with disabilities in community, care or residential support settings
• Willingness to travel to our service and throughout the wider community.

Responsibilities

• Helping with personal care, dressing, medication and mealtimes
• Supporting in-house or community activities like arts and crafts, games, or trips to the cinema, football or shopping
• Working one-to-one or in group care, as part of our dedicated team of Support Workers
• Customer observations and development of care plans, documentation of care provided, reporting any changes in customer condition in line with training.
