Capability Scotland is hiring Support Workers in Perth for Day Service and Community Living roles. You will assist adults with complex disabilities in our purpose-built hub and in the community, helping with personal care, medication and daily activities.

We offer part-time contracts (18–30 hours) with a range of shifts, a supportive team, and a focus on enabling independence and meaningful engagement for our clients.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in day centres or one-to-one community adult care support.
• Ability to support with medication and personal care.
• Desirable driving licence; flexibility for shifts including evenings/weekends.

Aufgaben

• Assist adults with complex disabilities in day centre and community settings.
• Support personal care, medication administration and mealtimes.
• Facilitate activities and community outings to promote independence.
