Voyage Care in Fareham is recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to help people gain independence and improve quality of life within a friendly, supportive team. The role offers £14.84 per hour with typical 35–42 hours per week and a 39-hour contract.

You will assist with personal care, enable access to local communities, and participate in activities from cinema trips to everyday tasks. Applicants should have a full UK driving licence and be resilient, flexible and committed to Positive

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Be resilient, flexible and composed in approach.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including challenging behaviour and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily life within a team.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage community access and social activities (bars, cinema, outings).
• Support individuals to achieve goals such as basic life skills and holidays.
