About the role
Vision for Education offers you a FREE package of approved training to get you ready to work in schools. You will get an “Introduction to Schools” online lesson to refresh your knowledge about school life and what to expect; four online interactive courses including safeguarding, child protection, behaviour management and SEND training; as well as five days PAID experience in school which could lead to a long term placement.
The successful Trainee will be able to build positive relationships with pupils, engage pupils with their learning and support children with special educational needs. You could be running small group interventions or working on a 1:1 basis to ensure the needs of pupils are met and that they can thrive. The ideal Candidate will be energetic, flexible, patient and highly motivated to help children reach their full potential.
