Keys Group Coalville (LE67) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker on a mixed full-time and part-time basis to assist young adults with learning disabilities. You will join a caring team and contribute to a stable, rewarding working environment.

The role covers 28 hours per week with shifts 08:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, 22:00-08:00 (sleep-ins). Responsibilities include supporting daily living, health needs, budgeting, and developing personal skills within a supportive home setting.

Support Worker - X1 full time + X1 part time

LOCATION:

Coalville LE67

PAY RATE:

£14.05 - £14.75* per hour

HOURS:

28 hours per week

SHIFTS:

08:00-15:00 / 15:00-22:00 / 08:00-22:00 / 22:00 - 08:00.

You will be required to complete sleep ins, which are from 10:00pm - 8:00am.

Please note we require a Female Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.

Hugglescote are a small 3-bed residential home supporting young adults with a range of learning disabilities ranging from Autism, ADHD and challenging behavior on 2-1 or 1-1 basis.

As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day To Day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
