Job summary

Glassmoon Group is recruiting for the Glassmoon Services team to provide 24-hour support to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities. You will help them live independently through person-centered care, building relationships and community involvement.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.45–£13.81) with a real living wage and benefits designed to support work-life balance. Training and career development are provided, with a focus on safety and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
• Experience in care or support roles is desirable.
• Ability to commit to flexible shifts and improving lives.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable the People We Support to live their best life with person-centered care.
• Maintain Support Plans and ensure delivery of effective support.
• Help individuals build relationships and engage with their community.
• Notify Team Leader of any changes in client needs and safeguard welfare.
