Job summary

Glassmoon Services provides 24-hour support to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities, offering real choice and independence in a welcoming environment. You will support young people with complex needs to build meaningful community connections and achieve outcomes such as attending college, finding employment, and enjoying activities like music festivals.

As a Support Worker, you will work with a team that values inclusion, safety and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Drivers preferred (All checks are fully funded by Glassmoon Services Ltd)

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care aligned with our person-led support delivery model.
• Use knowledge, policies and procedures to provide high-quality care.
• Engage with individuals to support their interests, maintain skills and receive personalised care.
• Help maintain relationships with family, friends and others important in their lives.
