Glassmoon Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with autism and learning disabilities live their best life through person-centred care tailored to each person. You will work with families and professionals to support development, independence, and meaningful daily activities.

You’ll join a welcoming team with paid training, a pension, Cycle to Work, Blue Light Card, and other benefits. We offer rota planning and a fair pay approach including accrued leave on overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred care.
• Ability to work with adults with autism and learning disabilities.
• Willingness to complete training and join a supportive team.
