Lifeways is recruiting at The Bungalow in Guildford to support young adults in living independently and engaging in daily activities within the community. You will join a close-knit team delivering person-centred care in a busy, community-focused setting.

We offer full-time, part-time and sessional shifts, with thorough induction, ongoing development and regular supervision to help you grow within Lifeways' CHOICE values-led culture.

What You'll Be Doing

At The Bungalow, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
