Lifeways Group in East Lancashire is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with diverse and complex needs live independently and engage in daily activities.

You will work full-time, with a rota including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, delivering compassionate, personalised support while promoting dignity and independence.

As a Support Worker in East Lancashire, you’ll be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. Lifeways support is designed around each individual’s preferences, routines and aspirations.
