Job summary

Lifeways Group in Peacehaven is seeking caring individuals to join The Haven Apartments as Support Workers. You’ll help people with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs to live more independently and with dignity.

This full-time role (40 hrs/week) and part-time options offer training, DBS paid, and a welcoming team. If you’re compassionate and motivated to make a real impact, Lifeways will support you every step of the way.

At The Haven Apartments, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignityand respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
