Job summary

Lifeways Group is recruiting for a role at our Guildford Service to support young adults with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs. You will help residents live independently, participate in daily activities, and be part of a caring, close-knit team.

We offer full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) with additional part-time options. DBS paid, training, and development opportunities are provided to help you grow in your care career.

At our Guildford Service, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close‑knitted, supportive team.
