Job summary

Lifeways is hiring in the UK for roles supporting adults with complex needs in a shared living setting. You’ll assist with daily routines, activities, and community outings, while upholding dignity, choice and respect.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with a supportive team, comprehensive induction, and opportunities for development. DBS clearance is required and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• DBS check required and paid for by the company.
• Full UK manual driving licence not mentioned; a full UK licence (manual) is required.

Shift Details

• Full-time (37.5 hrs/week between Monday–Sunday)
• Part-time roles also available
• Shifts vary depending on weekly activities, with a maximum of 08:00–22:00

What You’ll Be Doing

Huntsmans is a shared bungalow where people are supported to live happy, independent lives. We support both men and women with complex needs including learning and physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and Down’s syndrome. Expect plenty of variety: personal care routines, shopping trips, karaoke, pamper days, socialising, community activities, and days out to places like Chester Zoo and Knowsley Safari Park.

Your role is to promote choice, dignity, and respect every day while working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
