You will help young adults achieve personal goals and support them in living independently through community activities. Shift Details:

• Full-time (37.5hrs/week)
• Part-time & Sessional roles also available

What You’ll Be Doing:

At our Guildford Service, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignityand respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
