Job summary

Seco Support is recruiting Support Workers to help Lucy live her best life at her own home in Ledbury. You’ll be part of a caring team that drives Lucy’s independence and well-being through patient, personalised care.

Role requires you to support Lucy with daily activities, access the community, and follow her personalised plan. A full UK driving license is preferred and training is provided, including DBS checks and induction.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license preferred
• Experience in a similar role desired

Responsibilities

• Support Lucy with daily living activities
• Assist Lucy to access local community and activities
• Safely administer medications as per plan
• Drive Lucy to activities using her car
• Provide calm, confident support during seizures
• Follow Lucy's support plan and risk assessments
