Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Support Worker in Southend-on-Sea to help people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live independent lives. You will work up to 40 hours weekly, including shifts at home and in the community, with a requirement for a full UK driving licence.

You will build trusting relationships, support daily tasks, personal care, meals, medication, and community activities, and help individuals explore interests while staying safe.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home and in the community to live independently.
• Plan daily tasks and assist with cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Assist with personal care and medication as needed.
