Job summary

Join Agincare in Sileby as a Support Worker, helping individuals build confidence and independence in their community. You’ll provide person-centred support and personal care, supporting daily routines, outings, and holidays tailored to each person’s interests.

You’ll work with a compassionate, values-led team, receive full training, and have access to funded progression up to QCF Level 5. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.
