Job summary

Priory’s Progress House is seeking a Support Worker with a full UK driving license to join the team. The role is full-time (36 hours) with shifts from early morning to evenings, including weekends.

You will help in assessments, personal care, and promoting independence for residents with learning disabilities and autism. Ideal applicants hold a Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care, show empathy, and can work flexibly while maintaining records and safeguarding residents.

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Experience working in a similar role.

• Assist with assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
