Job summary

Priory Group is looking for a Support Worker with a full UK driving license to join Progress House, a five-bedroom residential service supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves 36 hours per week, with shifts from early to late and some sleeps, delivering high-quality care in a compassionate team.

You will support residents by carrying out individual care plans, documentation, and activity participation, while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
